Frequently asked
How much will the shipment cost?
I can give you a range right away — press «Calculate the cost». The exact price is confirmed by a manager: it depends on the date, shared loads and the return run.
How many days will delivery take?
Usually 1–4 days within the country. Almaty — Astana and Almaty — Shymkent most often take a day; Aktau and Oskemen take 3–4. The estimate shows the exact term.
How do I track my cargo?
By shipment number on the «Track cargo» page. The manager gives you a number like BBL-2026-000125 once the shipment is registered. It shows the stage, the vehicle and the time of the last update.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer for companies and sole traders, with an invoice and closing documents. Individuals pay by transfer. Prepayment is agreed with the manager.
What documents do you provide?
A contract, an invoice, an act of completed work and a consignment note. For groupage — a forwarder receipt.
Is the cargo insured?
The forwarder liability covers loss and damage under the contract. Separate insurance for high-value cargo is arranged on request — tell the manager in advance.
Do you carry groupage cargo?
Yes. You pay for your pallets only. Daily departures from Almaty, Astana and Shymkent.
I need refrigerated transport — do you have it?
Yes, we have refrigerated trailers that hold the set temperature. Tell us the range you need: it determines the vehicle and the price.
Do you handle oversized loads?
Yes, on a lowboy. Oversized loads are quoted separately: we need the dimensions, the weight and the loading points — sometimes a route permit is required.
